Mibnb Geelong CBD Unit 3

Comfort and value for money @ Geelong Positive: I stayed at the Unit 3 of the Geelong CBD accomodation The property was located very close to my workplace and convenient to walk to work It was very clean and the keys were sent to my email prior to check-in It was very convenient to just walk into the room on arrival the bed and linen were comfortable and cosy the kitchnette was well stocked with cutlery and I found it very thoughtful the bathroom was very clean - the cleaning staff do a faboulous job the linen provided were also very clean some coffee and tea were also kept which was good to use on arrival The property is located at walking distance from the westfield mall, waterfront and all the eateries on ryrie and malop/lt malop which was excellent the railway station is also convenient to reach Micheal, the property manager is the one of the best things about this place - very polite, prompt and enterprising and was a tremendous help through my stay there It was great value for money Negative: there is no laundry on site which is a drawback. however the property manager was very helpful and gave directions to the nearest laundrette where I could get it done

Tutto perfetto Positive: Ho soggiornato qui per 2 mesi per motivi di lavoro e mi sono trovata benissimo. I punti di forza sono la posizione, vicino a ospedale e università ma anche al waterfront e ai giardini, e il proprietario che è sempre disponibile e molto attento. La casina è molto graziosa. Assolutamente consigliato!

Positive: Staff were on the ball, everything organised and ready to go, even though I checked in early/ Negative: Just need a little more bench space in kitchen, nothing major

Great little studio! Clean, comfortable & convenient. Positive: Fantastic little studio in great location. The communication & information from the host was great - very clear & made arrival/access very easy. Even a message to say a light was on to assist with entry as I was arriving late at night. Very clean & comfortable. Private parking on site is very convenient. Will definitely stay again.
