Positive: Clean, extremely convenient and support was amazing. Needed someone to check on my son on his first morning....nearly over slept for his course and no trouble at all! Goal achieved within 10 minutes 🤗 Negative: Really nothing to not like lol

Positive: Easy to access. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Negative: Had to strip the bed before you left. More coffee and normal tea would have been good. 2 sachets of each for 2 nights definitely not enough.
