A stone throw away from everything … great location and nice and clean. Positive: Location - walking distance to shops, waterfront and restaurants. Friendly owner - very helpful and accommodating of any requests. Negative: Twin single beds joined together to make queen - uncomfortable in centre where beds joined.

Couldn’t fault anything with our stay. Everything was close and walks to the beach/supermarket/711 on warm night Positive: Facilities/location/surrounds

Uncomfortable sleeping conditions and overpowering smell Negative: UNIT 3 The bed needs to be replaced. There were two single beds pushed together and they were both so uncomfortable to the point I could feel the springs. The pillows also need to be updated. I appreciate a clean room but the amount of bleach that was used was so overpowering even to the point of when I boiled the kettle I could taste it in the water. Very dangerous.

Very enjoyable Positive: Room was very clean and tidy. Had everything I needed, safe and secure. Host responsive.

Comfort and value for money @ Geelong Positive: I stayed at the Unit 3 of the Geelong CBD accomodation The property was located very close to my workplace and convenient to walk to work It was very clean and the keys were sent to my email prior to check-in It was very convenient to just walk into the room on arrival the bed and linen were comfortable and cosy the kitchnette was well stocked with cutlery and I found it very thoughtful the bathroom was very clean - the cleaning staff do a faboulous job the linen provided were also very clean some coffee and tea were also kept which was good to use on arrival The property is located at walking distance from the westfield mall, waterfront and all the eateries on ryrie and malop/lt malop which was excellent the railway station is also convenient to reach Micheal, the property manager is the one of the best things about this place - very polite, prompt and enterprising and was a tremendous help through my stay there It was great value for money Negative: there is no laundry on site which is a drawback. however the property manager was very helpful and gave directions to the nearest laundrette where I could get it done
